McConnell Cabinets, Limited Warranty

McConnell Cabinets, Inc., warrants to the original customer that our Cabinets will be free from defects in material and workmanship for a perioe of ONE (1) YEAR from date of purchase, and TEN (10) YEARS on their structural integrity.

McConnell Cabinets may elect to repair or replace any defective product covered under our Warranty. Our Warranty does not cover defects or damage caused by abuse, misuse, negligence, or alterations. The maximum weight limit on any upper cabinet shelf or any drawer is 75 pounds, evenly distributed.

Our Warranty does not cover adjustments that are required at a later date due to the settling of your home. Also, we do not cover changes in color or damage due to exposure to environmental factors such as natural & artificial light or moisture. All woods tend to mellow with age, and exposure to light can accelerate this mellowing. This is not considered a defect and therefore is not covered under warranty.

This Warranty is in lieu of all other Warranties, expressed or implied, including warranties of merchantability and of fitness for a particular purpose, and excludes any and all incidental or consequential damages. No McConnell Sales Representative has the authority to modify or expand this Warranty.
